A safari made for you
On a private safari, the vehicle and driver-guide are yours alone. You choose the parks, the lodges and the pace, and we build the itinerary around your dates.
Start early for the best light, linger with a lion pride or take a slow lunch at camp. Private safaris suit honeymooners, families with children and photographers who want time for the shot.

What is the difference between a private and a group safari?
On a private safari the vehicle and guide are yours alone, and you choose the dates, route and pace. Group safaris share a vehicle on fixed dates.
Is a private safari more expensive?
Usually, as you do not share the vehicle costs. For families and small groups, the difference per person can be small.
Can you tailor the itinerary?
Yes. Every private safari is built around your dates, interests and budget.
How many days do I need?
Five to eight days covers two or three parks comfortably. Shorter trips can focus on the Maasai Mara.
Is a private safari good for families?
Yes. You set the pace, choose family-friendly lodges and take breaks whenever you need them.
When is the best time to go?
June to October is peak season, with the migration in the Mara from about July. January and February are also excellent.
Can I add a beach stay?
Can I combine Kenya and Tanzania?
Yes. We can add the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater to a private Kenya safari.
